SJ Tree services is a small local company based in Harold Wood and covering Havering and the surrounding boroughs. Specializing in all aspects of tree surgery we pride ourselves on being not only competitive but honest, fair and environmentally friendly.

Steve Jacovou is the owner of SJ Tree Services and has 7 years experience as a Tree Surgeon. He first became interested in the care and maintenance of trees while on a working holiday in Australia where he chose to stay working and learning about tree surgery rather than travelling any further. Although he started out dragging brush wood and carrying logs he enjoyed he's experience so much that on he's return to the UK he continued learning this trade and completed all relevant NPTC (National Proficiency Test Council) certificates. Steve has also completed the City and Guilds qualification  and Royal Forestry Society (RFS) certificate in arboriculture- at Capel Manor College; these are both well respected qualifications amongst arborists.

Sj Tree Services staff are all fully qualified and covered by £10m employee's liability insurance; we also have £2m public liability insurance as required by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for your peace of mind.
